I'm officially back. I started walking again. It's sad that I had put all the weight back on that I lost last year. But this is new year and I'm looking forward to losing it again. I'm walking slowing, but building my momentum. I can't do much running because I don't want to mess up my knees. I really need to focus on drinking more water again.
The difference with me know is that I'm married now. My husband and I walked up Cowles Mountain and that told me I was out of shape, but I did make it all the way up. I didn't want these young kids showing me up. I'm going to give myself a few months and then we are going to try it again.
