This month has been a little screwed up between being ill (in multiple ways) and forgetful. Here's what I have so far...hoping to be more diligent from here on out!!! Also, after not doing so well last month, I've decided to drop my total steps down to 6,000 on my "on" days and 4,000 on my "off" days...I know that this is below 10,000 but apparently I need to start smaller than I'd anticipated....
