I thought it was interesting to read that we can build new brain cells even.

Walking is a great way to boost brain power. Physical activity of many kinds helps but dancing, walking, running, and challenging physical activity really help us keep our brains active as well.
Reading, doing crossword and sudoku puzzles help us keep our brains active, playing cards, adding, and other things that challenge us mentally help us keep our brains active.
