My pedometer had been in a drawer for a long time. I found it today and took it out. I even wore it will I played tennis and it actually helped me move my feet more so my game improved too. I hope to make 10000 today....wish me luck!

YAY!! glad to have found you. Yesterday I got 8600 steps, but lately I'd not worn it much, as I've been sick for about 2 weeks now - but still working full time, blech. Anyhow - off to doc this afternoon on my lunch break, hopefully he will cure me....
Welcome to the group Carol. I am pretty new to this group, but not to sparkpeople. I am having trouble with my pedometer tracking my steps lately for some reason. I think I might get a new one today so I can have a more accurate count. Hope you enjoy this group...I am!
Hi Carol, Welcome to the group. We are currently in the middle of a challenge, but you can go to walkertracker.com and create an account and start logging your steps in preparation for the Feb Challenge. We also log our steps and chit chat on the main 10,000 steps a day board.
If you want to have a look at past challenges, our webpage is here: http://www.cs-notes.com/spnotes.htm

The website for the Eowyn Challenge is at

Hi everyone - I am new to SparkPeople, and was excited to see the pedometer club. I wear my pedometer every day except while on the treadmill. What I'm wondering is if there is a place on the site to track steps?
