Hi Team, woke up this morning feeling much better with my headache, I went to bed early last night so I get my full night sleep, I went to the gym early this morning get my 60 mins walk on the treadmill, and 45 mins on the Elliptical and I feel Great, hope you all are having a wonderful weekend,

Okay, its the last month of summer plus what I consider the "dog days" due to extreme heat, humidity, and chances for severe weather here in NC always occur this month. Regardless, after reviewing the past few summer months and noticing my lack of enthusiasm to get outside- August is my determination to reach 400,000 steps or more which didn't happen in July.

Time to get my lazy butt off the couch in the morning and outside to beat the morning heat. I need to reset my internal clock to enjoying waking by 4:30 AM weekly to take on the day & prepare the family for school scheduling.
