Lost my pedometer for most of last month but I'm back with a vengeance. My goal is 10,000 steps a day. This is truly mind boggling for me because a few months ago when I joined my team my goal was 5,000 steps a day and it took me two months to get there.

I want to work my way up to 10,000 steps a day and then to increase them as time goes on emoticon

The first 3 days of July was crazy for me and I forgot to put on my pedometer 1 day and the the other two was doing things I could not have it on me all the time because it would not be accurate readings :( so those days do not count . So starting out a new tomorrow : )
