81700 for the week of march 27 through april 2 so I got my 10K a day and then some! whooo hoo!

76000 for the week of April 3-9...got my 10K a day plus a tad!

68,000 for week of April10-16 ( 2000 under wauuugh!)

53,500 for week or April 17-23 ( But I was told I was overtraining so I Cut back a bit. I also REALLY upped my cal burn with added interval training which is much more intense that walking. )

95,500 for week of April 24-30! YEAH! That's 13,640 avg a DAY! HAIL to the YEAH!

My goal for April is 214500 steps. That is 6800 per day to start off and a 5% increase after 2 weeks (which will get me up to 7500 per day during the last week of April and the first week of May). My first week (mid January) of tracking my steps had an average of 3700 per day!
