It is very difficult to help someone so many miles away - we cannot see your computer screen - but have you tried to track through your Fitness Tracker? Everything you track through your Fitness Tracker should then show in Other Goals.

I track my total steps in Other Goals and that then shows in the F.T. - some goals are set up in Other Goals not to be tracked by us but are registered in other programs like the Nutrition & Fitness Trackers.

For the 10K steps, this is automatically calculated through tracking in the Fitness Tracker - it also depends on how the individual Team Goals were originally set up - in my other teams, some are just tracked automatically.

I hope this helps? If not, go to the Technical Forum:

I was having that same problem a few months ago. I logged the first time and after I completed all my Spark emails, I'd go and try to add my steps or other information, it didn't matter, the site would throw me back to log in. It did it so many times, that I got so frustrated emoticon , I just logged out, hoping to try the next day. The next day it did the same thing. I had also sent email for help, but never really got a response. I'm not sure what happened, but I haven't had that problem in a very long time. I can't give you an answer on how to fix it. emoticon

After checking off the boxes are saving it. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and see if there is a save button and click on that. If there is no save button then you need to ask the techs site in the community bar and go to message boards.
I hope you get this fixed. Good luck.

Thank you for the reply. I check that box. I am trying to track my steps in "tracking other" and it no longer allows me to. I get a box requesting me to reset my password. I apologize if this is the wrong place to post but I've reset my password and tried many other ways to track this and it just isn't working.

Which program is asking you this, Spark? If so, there should be a small check box that says Remember me.

I'm keeping up with my steps but unable to track as the program keeps asking me to reset my password.
