"For the start of 2011 I will keep my daily goal to 12,000 steps/day and have a monthly goal of 420,000 steps. As I get closer and closer to my goal weight I continue to strive to achieve a level I can keep, i.e., not too little and, definitely, not too much, to maintain my goal weight.
