Welcome. I recommend wearing your pedometer all day for a few days and doing nothing new. This way you will have an idea of what you are already doing. Then you can make goals of increasing your steps a few hundred every few days to a week and increasing your goals every few weeks.

You will be surprised at how fast your steps add up.

hi all, am on day 4 of healthy living/weight loss adventure! am getting a pedometer later today so will be starting my 10,000 steps a day tomorrow.
