I have a pair of the Mary Jane Skechers that I bought in June, I love them. I am planning to buy a pair of the gym shoe style soon as it is getting colder. I have found that I have a more toned look since wearing them. I am not sure if it is because they are so comfortable which encourages me to walk more of if it is the technology.

I do wear them everyday.

I don't like sketcher they don't fit well on me and I can't put my orthotics in them.
I wear Reebox walkers, I wear them all the time and they fit well, cushions my feet well and I can wear them with the orthos.

I have a pair of Reebok EasyTone and I really like them. I think they really do shape the the leg and help with posture. I wear them all the time for out side walking but i have found they are not so good when walking with a DVD like Leslie Sansone. she does a lot of side steps and they don't move well side to side. I did finally get used to wearing them with the dvd but ity took a while. I hav never tried the others. I did buy the Avon sandal with that type of sole and I did not like them at all.

I don't know whether or not they work. The reviews say they do. The shoes weigh about a half pound each, so that alone will "tone" the legs. They are slightly rounded on the sole and are quite comfortable in the store. The sole is quite thick so you don't feel the road much. One lady I talked to said they helped her knees feel better, but they were new the day before.

The makers suggest you start at an hour a day for a week and gradually build up your time. The MBT shoes came first. The Skechers are new. I guess it is a personal choice like any other shoe.

I bought a pair of slightly used MBT's on ebay for my daughter, who collects carts at walmart full time, logging in about TEN MILES every day on her pedometer, and she was NOT impressed with them.

I went to the sketcher.com and mbt.com The prices are a bit high so I wanted to know if they were worth it. Can you wear them every day?
