Well, I lost track because I was out of town for the last week of the year, but I did at least 5000 steps from 12/28-12/30. and did 10500 on 12/31 - good way to end the year :-)

The last day of 2008 is over, and I finished with 8968 steps. This brought my monthly total to 327,004, with an average of 10,548. Nowhere my goal for December, but better than I had feared.
For January, my goal is 341,000 steps, which works out to 11,000 steps a day. I want to walk 2000 miles in 2009, which works out to 11,595 steps per day...

Hi everybody!
Sorry for being gone so long, but the holidays had me completely overwhelmed. With tomorrow being New Years Day, I resolve to get my fanny back in here on a more regular schedule.
I have been tracking my steps this month, despite not checking in here... and yesterday was my personal best, ending the day at just over 23,000 steps! WooHoo!
Today of course, I am mired right back in mediocrity... Currently at 6831... ~sighs~
