Are you talking about programing your stride? If so, 1. press the MODE button (C) on the display panel to DIST.
2. Pres the button (B) and enter the setting mode, then press (B) repeatedly to enter your personal stride.
After 5 seconds, the display will return to DIST mode. If you want to go to the DIST mode immediately, press the MODE button (C).
Hope that helps. If not what you needed, let me know.

I used to have an Avon Curves pedometer till I lost it. HOWEVER...I still have the instructions.
What do you need to know?

since avon still sells them - maybe get another (you'd have a backup or a spare or could give it as a healthful gift!) or ask your avon rep if you could have a copy of the instructions?

sorry - I don't have one of those -- any chance the manual would be available on the internet? I know my Omron manual is on the internet so maybe the same is true for yours ...

Can anyone tell me how to program the avon curves pedometer.
I lost my instructions and I really want to use the pedometer again.
The battery died and it took me awhile to find a new one.
I want to get back to using it.
