Wow Kelly...I work with you and had no idea you had such goals! I haven't ran much outside since it has gotten so hot, but I will do it with you on the days that I can. I used to run/walk from our office in Jefferson Park up Summit to 12th after work most every day. That's a little more than a 5K. Sometimes I would go the other direction on Spanish Trail.
You should ask Janice G. about her Saturday morning runing group. They train for longer runs.
Dakota...do you know where I am talking about? There is a sidewalk on both Summit and Spanish Trail...good place for running. Could you meet us at Jefferson Park? Maybe we could do different routes. I love to run downtown (well...run/walk actually). I used to do McGuire's every Tuesday, but I would get there early to get ahead of the crowd (and to get it overwith! LOL!). What days, Kelly?
