I have a really hard time eating breakfast in the morning. Although, I love breakfast foods. I never feel like eating in the morning. Since January of this year I have been making myself eat in the morning to kick start my metabolism.
Healthy breakfast: 14 oz of Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, one scoop of Jillian Michael's chocolate protein, one packet of truvia and two tablespoons of PB2.
Indulgent breakfast: Turkey Bacon, Eggs over easy, Cinnamon Bun French toast from I-hop, or Biscuits and Gravy!!! Yummy
I don't eat breakfast. I was slim until I was 41 and had my fifth child, and even up until then I was never interested in eating in the morning. Now I have a quart of grapefruit water (juice from half a grapefruit) or lemon water and get that down.
