I have a really hard time eating breakfast in the morning. Although, I love breakfast foods. I never feel like eating in the morning.
Since January of this year I have been making myself eat in the morning to kick start my metabolism.
Healthy breakfast: 14 oz of Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, one scoop of Jillian Michael's chocolate protein, one packet of truvia and two tablespoons of PB2.
Indulgent breakfast: Turkey Bacon, Eggs over easy, Cinnamon Bun French toast from I-hop,
or Biscuits and Gravy!!! Yummy
