Read three books that you can get at the library:
Gary Taubes' "WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT" He shows how Insulin is spiked by the sugars/starches we eat and that pumps out GHERLIN, the hunger hormone from the stomach to make us crave more ......right...sugar/starches. He found Dr. Atkins knew what he was talking about.
Judith Beck PHD, "The BECK DIET SOLUTION" which is how to THINK like a THIN person.
Roger Gould, M.D. "SHRINK YOURSELF" on how to deal with stress, which he says is why we regain weight and 95% of people REGAIN.
