I don't really make a resolution, but instead just to and figure out what I didn't do so great last year and improve that this year. I got out of whack with my medications, especially after my injury in April. This year I want to make sure I don't let that slip.
Oh, and I suppose I could resolve to kick as much butt in the 2012 roller derby season as I possibly can!
Mine is to exercise as much as possible and be as fit as I can be at 62 since my body is eroding away so I know NOW is the time to work at making it last longer. There are several stories on YouTube of women in their 80's who do bodybuilding and one hadn't started until she was about 56 and she looked great. Jack LaLanne always said "USE IT OR LOSE IT."
I am thinking of what resolutions I want to do for 2012. I want to be at 275 lbs by my birthday in June. I want my home to be less cluttered. I want a bit more money in my savings account. LOL I think that's the major headings anyway.
