My DD and I went to eat Saturday morning while we were out going to Yard Sales, by the "Rave" on 29 at the IHOP. We split a Philly Cheesesteak plate & I got an extra order of fries, so the price wasn't bad & I stayed on my "diet" pretty well, rather than have breakfast at the Golden Corral over on 9th Avenue. That place just has to much for me to stay on track once I'm in there.

Often when we go to yard sales on Saturday morning, I just go into the grocery store & get some items from around the outer aisles, and then we take it to some nice spot and eat like a little "picnic". emoticon Easthill area has several nice parks, as does Northhill and they are areas we look for YSs.

If we go out to breakfast it's Cracker Barrel also. I love the hashbrown casserole too. LOL I've tried finding a recipe for it, but the ones I come across use cream of chicken or mushroom soup.

We go to Ryan's on Hwy 29. I don't know if they have breakfast weekdays, but since we work during the week this weekend treat is good for us. They have some healthy selections. Buffet can be a bit of a challenge, but the fruit can be a great choice.

i don't ever go out to breakfast, but if i did, i'd pick waffle house or denny's. i LOVE waffles with butter and lots of syrup with eggs and sausage. guess that's why i don't go ;-)
