Hi Pensacola Sparkers!! Well I have made changes to my workout schedule for the summer to accomodate my current status for the summer season as I am in my pool now doing laps when I am not in the gym.
Cardio/Strength 3x/week -Tues,Thurs,and Sat.
Cardio ONLY 2x/week-Mon.,Fri.
OFF day 1x/week-Sunday.
This has the Blue Angels in Mind not just for this year's show in November but for next year's show in Jacksonville Beach; I am working hard to look good for them when they come to town both times.
