Hello everyone, I am a 30 year old full time working mom. I live in crestview. I have a 2 year old daughter Riley, a 7 year old son Hunter who is special needs (if you are a nurse at sacred heart you may know him), and a 9 year old daughter Erin. I work all day as a teacher to 10 sweet and sometimes trying 1 year olds. I started trying to lose weight about 2 years ago and lost about 35 pounds relatively easily since then I have plateaued and even gained back some despite being much more healthy and going to the gym 3 days a week most weeks. I have made up my mind that I am tired of being fat and ready to make a commitment to losing weight. I plan on going to bootcamp 1-3 days a week as well as cardio two days a week. thinking of getting some wii games for exercising by myself and with my kids, do they really help? which ones do you recommend?
