Thanks for the help and conversation Saturday morning. I decided to not change my goals and just keep trucking along as I have. Lost 2.2 pounds this week. Now what to do when I get down another 15 and have not clothes to where and no money to buy new ones. What a delema. but a good one. Hmm. should start a clothes exchange

Barring any complications I am going to give it my best shot. It is usually easier to walk long distances when you have someone to talk to. Once upon a time, many years ago I used to go walking five miles with a friend of mine.

We meet at the Red Robin entrance. We will walk from 8 to 9:30. After that we can go to Panera Brread and look at the website. This is NOT tomorrow, but next Saturday, the 13th.

Ruthie, I haven't forgotten this...just very busy on the weekends these days. Maybe we can plan our walk for Saturday the 13th at Cordova mall, then meet after the walk. How does this sound?

If you are new to SparkPeople and having difficulty maneuvering through the site...would you be interested in meeting with me so I can show you around?

We could meet at Panera Bread where there is free wireless internet and use my laptop (or yours if you have one) and I could help you with getting started.

The best time for me is 5:00 PM on weekdays or on Saturday after the morning walk. Sunday afternoon would be an OK time as well. Post here if you are interested.
