Last Monday my weight was up to 131 and then back down to 128.5 on Friday after watching what I eat and kicking my butt at the gym for a few days this week. emoticon

Funny how I don't think to come here and check in when my weight is going UP instead of DOWN. Been back over 130 the past two weigh-ins. Not fun, but likely more realistic for me than staying under 130.

I did some calorie cycling in March. But I haven't since then. I was doing Chalean Extreme by beachbody. I was lifting weights and starving...haha! I've seen a lot of changes in my body. I'll try that maybe it will work.

Sounds like you are doing all the right things. Have you tried calorie cycling? I eat low cal during the week, then allow a bit more on the weekends. It has helped me get to the low 130s. Let's get to the 120s together!

My goal is to get down to 125 by August 24th, my birthday. for the past month I've been
yo-yoing between 132 and 134. I've got to figure out how to get passed this plateau. Any ideas? I eat 1300 calories a day and avoid bread, potatoes, and pasta. I workout for an hour at least 5 days a week.

131.9...not below my ticker weight, but oh so close. And after last weekend's travel and eating out, I'm pleasantly surprised. I'm learning that I can have an occasional splurge, then offset it with a few days of pushing water and being moderate with carbs.

I'm going to try to stick with this plan through the weekend and see if I can finally break though to 120ville. I've got a beach vacation coming up. Swimsuit. Oy!

I thought the weight loss wouldn't stick...but I guess it has. 132.5. I can't say I've been the best sparker lately. Being sick and having company got me away from my exercise routine, but I did keep up with a fairly strict eating plan. Just another affimation that for me...the 80/20 rule applies...80% food control, 20% exercise.

I finally got back to my pre-Christmas weight. 13 days to gain it, 53 days to lose it. Just doesn't seem fair. Of course, I had to blow it by going out for pizza last night at Ozone. At least we ordered veggie with very light cheese.

So far in February I've lost 5 pounds...not new weight loss, still getting the holiday poundage off. I hope to be below 135 this week and finished with losing those holiday pounds. Boy they sure go on easy...but are so hard to get rid of!

January is a bust for me...weight UP instead of DOWN. I stopped tracking my food toward the end of the month...well...I told myself I was doing it "in my head." That is not good enough. Too much guessing.

My goal for the holidays has been to stay below 135. I've edged up over that every weekend...but gotten back below by weeks end. Much better than previous holiday seasons!

Down just .4 this week...

Sticking with my workouts, but food tracking will be a tad off this week. Broke my streak yesterday at my granddaughter's bday party. I made it 118 days straight. I plan to track every day this week except Thursday, then get right back to it between Tgiving and Christmas.

After 4 weeks of NOT losing (and gaining a little), I dropped 1.3 pounds this week from my lowest weight this year. Whew! That was a long haul!!! I'm glad I stuck with my food tracking and work outs. It's all recorded in my trackers.

No loss for me this week. it was expected...I had 2 good weeks in a row. I'm on staycation this week. Gonna make it much harder to eat right...but hopefully I will be more active. Hope everyone is doing well.

After two weeks of nothing...I'm down 1.4 pounds this week. Still tracking my food. Exercise is pitiful...but better than last month. Hoping the cool weather will motivate me to get out and run!

I'm down 12 pounds in the just over 2 weeks I have been using the site...it's awesome! Still haven't found anyone in the area to work out with, but I'm staying motivated! The non-profit that I run will be having an event in 10 days, and I know that that is moving non-stop for 2 days...hopefully I will lose a good bit then too...and I know all the exercising is giving me more energy to make it through those days. emoticon emoticon

Down 0.8 pounds this week...slow going, but it's going. I'm pumped to get through another weekend without a food disaster. I did it last weekend, I can do it again, right? My food plan is all laid out for Sat and Sun.

Sadly, I discovered my scale needed a new battery, and even after I changed it, I'm not sure it's correct. I have another scale that I am using now. Bottom line...I'm not where I thought I was. I think I lost 2 pounds this week, but because of the scale issue, it's the same 2 pounds I lost last week.

I gotta say...this has meesed with my head and been quite discouraging. I know it shouldn't, but for some reason it has.

Time to let it go and move on.

I am still at 171 lbs. this week; that is okay though as I have got alot of time before the Blue Angels and my B.A.B.F. arrive in town; I have taken it upon myself to start my own fitness challenge it's called: "THE LOSE 28 LBS. IN 4 MONTHS FOR THE BLUE ANGELS CHALLENGE" I am done with week 1 and will be blogging about it on my spark page this morning so I can get comments on the challenge and also get feedback as well and any suggestions that will be helpful to me. emoticon
