Me too !! Woo Hoo...we are on our way. I have been eating better but can't seem to get back on the treadmill, I know that will help. My goal is to get on it in the morning. I am sure the walk at the mall yesterday helped a little. I watched a self defense video I participated in when I was at my lowest weight of 167 last year. I looked great, I should be ashamed of myself to have gained back almost 20 of it. Should be great motivation. Keep up the good work John.
