OK. I found it! I'm way under what I'm allowed per day so far but thats ok. Ill get this figure out soon and I know its going to help.

I STARTED OUT USING THE MENU PROVIDED. I PRINTED OUT THE SHOPPING LIST AND JUST SUBSTITUTED A FEW FOODS. I THINK I'LL GO BACK TO THAT-TRY, ANYWAY.

When you're on the Nutrition Tracker page, just below the date, there is a button that says "don't show meal plans." That will clear the page, then you can manually enter what you ate by using the "Add Food" button.
From there you can search for the food you ate, and can enter how much you consumed and when (dinner, lunch, etc).

I'm new here and cant figure out the meal thing. I ate today but nothing from the list. How do I or can I put in on my own what i put in or if i know the calorie count can I put it in someplace?
