Who's reading the book? I've finished it. It was a good review and a reminder of a few things.
1. Fit fitness in where ever you can. 10 minutes is better than none.
2. Water is important!
3. The spark community is so valuable. Don't take it for granted.

Hi, I'm back and in chapter 4. So far I really enjoy the book. I especially liked the goal setting info. I've set some realistic measurable goals that work for me.

Anyone interested in discussing "The Spark?" I just got my copy and I have read the intro and the first chapter.

Chris Downey's childhood was really tough! It always seems like kids who have it rough do great things. Maybe I shoulda' made things harder for my kids! LOL!
