I agree with Vicki, especially in regards to loggin everything on the food tracker. I say that I am on a regimented meal plan due to the word diet being so taboo nowadays and I don't see my current eating necessarily as a lifestyle change since I am eating with the intent to lose weight. I will have achieve a lifestyle chane in my opinion when I am eating to maintain my weight.
I don't diet. I am learning to make healthier choices and lifestyle changes. I am using the nutrition tracker daily.(usually) and learning alot about where my nutrtional defecencies are. I don't believe in guilt. If I make bad food choices I try to figure out why or how to not do that again -- consider it a learning experience and move on.
