I'm doing a Diet that is a very strick Protocol, and it works wonderful for me, so yes, I certainly do "Diet". I weigh and measure everything for it, but that is fine with me.

I agree with Vicki, especially in regards to loggin everything on the food tracker. I say that I am on a regimented meal plan due to the word diet being so taboo nowadays and I don't see my current eating necessarily as a lifestyle change since I am eating with the intent to lose weight. I will have achieve a lifestyle chane in my opinion when I am eating to maintain my weight.

I try to eat healthy, but am a firm believer in eating anything in moderation. Who can imagine going through life with no beer, pizza or dessert? Just log everything on the food tracker.

If someone has a problem with you, its their problem not yours!!!

No dieting here either. I can eat whatever I want, I just choose to eat healthier most of the time. If I make a less healthy choice, I don't beat myself up...I just get back on track ASAP.

I don't think of it as a diet--I just try to make better choices. Feeling guilty for a slip up is not productive. I prefer to self talk to keep on track.

I don't diet. I am learning to make healthier choices and lifestyle changes. I am using the nutrition tracker daily.(usually) and learning alot about where my nutrtional defecencies are. I don't believe in guilt. If I make bad food choices I try to figure out why or how to not do that again -- consider it a learning experience and move on.

I am trying to eat only 3 times a day and keep my servings to the size of a lean cuisine dish. I've given up my special coffee creamers which has really made a HUGE difference.

I also give myself one day a week in which I can eat whatever I want.
