Congrats! I also have upper back pain (but due to nursing and a large chest). I like rows, either upright or using a machine, and lat pulls with a machine. Hope you find something that works and you feel better.

Hi gang I am getting back on track!! Quit smoking yeaterday joined a team for it.
tracking my food and going to do some kind dddof work out will start today still deciding what to do.
I have a question Soes any one know good exerccised for upper back?? It is a hard place to exersize but I really need it for my posture and to relieve pain and tension I hurt it in an auto acccident in 2000 any suggestions welcome
