Just wanted to check in and say hi to all you ladies! I kinda had a slap in the face with my diet and what i was eating. I think I may have figured out what was wrong why I wasn't losing. I would watch my calories more then my fat or my carbs so of course I was pretty high in those areas. So now my focus is getting the right amount of calories and less fat, and carbs. I still need those carbs though lol I am a girl who like her carbs just making it a note to cut down.
I also found meditation helps me focus as well. I know it sounds crazy but hey if it works use it! I also started back running again as much as I can with my girls. I take them on their bikes so if you all know of any great areas for them to ride and me run that would be great help.
Ok this has turned into a book but Im pretty excited. I have a new short term goal as well. Sept 16th is my husbands Chief pinning ceremony. I want to lose 10lbs by then.
