I have been at 179# now for several months and it isn't making me happy, but I am NOT gaining, so that makes me happy!

Try cutting out some of your carbs and see if that helps you drop some pounds. emoticon

You guys should read TIGERLILY96's blogs. She talks about only losing 2 pounds since February, but dropping sizes. She is cute and funny...you will love her blogs.

SP has articles on plateau busters...they are favorites on our team page. You might try increasing your water...also tracking your sodium might help.

I am right there with both of you. I have lost 35 pounds but have been at a stand still for about two months now. I guess I should just be thankful that I have not gained any. With us being on the road traveling for a month I have not been eating healthy. I am really trying to get back on track. I am getting over strept so in a few days I hope to be exercising again. I have been depressed that I am in a slump. Hopefully the scales will start going down for all of us. emoticon

I feel like you're telling my story! I've been stuck at the same weight since February and can't seem to break the plateau.

You might try varying up your fitness routine or try calorie cycling (something I'm thinking of trying soon myself). Those things are supposed to help with plateaus.

I SOOOOOOOO feel your frustration right now. I'm glad to see that you aren't letting it get the best of you! emoticon

If any of you have gone through this or going through it.

I have been working out for the last 2 months (until I moved) and was running 2 miles and doing wieghts for muscle toning. I haven't lost hardly any wieght I have lost a few inches and I know thats really good but shouldn't i be losing a bit more weight. I get stuck at 205 and seems like thats it for me. Im frustrated.
I will of course keep doing it and working out but please tell me Im not alone.
