I am right there with both of you. I have lost 35 pounds but have been at a stand still for about two months now. I guess I should just be thankful that I have not gained any. With us being on the road traveling for a month I have not been eating healthy. I am really trying to get back on track. I am getting over strept so in a few days I hope to be exercising again. I have been depressed that I am in a slump. Hopefully the scales will start going down for all of us.

If any of you have gone through this or going through it.
I have been working out for the last 2 months (until I moved) and was running 2 miles and doing wieghts for muscle toning. I haven't lost hardly any wieght I have lost a few inches and I know thats really good but shouldn't i be losing a bit more weight. I get stuck at 205 and seems like thats it for me. Im frustrated. I will of course keep doing it and working out but please tell me Im not alone.
