If any of you have gone through this or going through it.
I have been working out for the last 2 months (until I moved) and was running 2 miles and doing wieghts for muscle toning. I haven't lost hardly any wieght I have lost a few inches and I know thats really good but shouldn't i be losing a bit more weight. I get stuck at 205 and seems like thats it for me. Im frustrated.
I will of course keep doing it and working out but please tell me Im not alone.
