Yea, I have been exercising. More than usual the last two weeks. That's what makes it so frustrating.

I'll check out those articles about plateaus too.

Thanks for the tips! I refuse to give up!

That is so frustrating, isn't it? Do you exercise? You could try increasing that. I am not good for advice here, because I was "off" my diet for a few months, and my body seems very happy to stay right where it's at!

Hang in there and keep trying. There are some plateau buster articles on SP that are helpful.

I've been stuck around the same weight now for over a month. I'm hovering at 230 +- a couple of pounds. I'm really starting to feel like I'm never going to get any smaller than I am now.

I just want to scream right now (and eat a lot of chocolate). emoticon
