my goal this week is to ride my bike at least 3 times! Went on my first bike ride in a few months with the family today & it felt really good!

It's Never as bad as you thought it was going to be - Stay positive - Once you've hit bottom the only way to go is up!


165 by 2/29/08 - get pedicure
150 by 4/1/08 - get legs waxed
140 by 6/1/08 - plan a kick @$$ birthday party!

My new goal is to start exercising again. It's a good thing one of my diabetes meds causes weight loss or I'd be in trouble.

I want to track at least 400 fitness minutes this month.

Yeh...I decided I could make giving blood a goal...I do it anyways, so why not.

awww, I never thought of making donating blood a goal - what a great idea!!!
& congrats on getting halfway on the holiday weight!!!

My goal is to lose the weight I gained over the holidays by the end of February. I really blew it and I am paying for it now, but I'm half way there. Some other goals...
Work out every day (Trying to mix it up and do different things...took a spinning class tonight)
Drink 12 cups of water every day
Log my calories every day
Donate blood once every 3 months

I know that we do monthly challenges, and everyone has thier own goals to keep track of, but..... I have a hard time thinking of appropriate goals, so I thought maybe someone else does too....

Maybe we could post our new goals here. That way we can all help each other and support each others goals and maybe give tohers ( like me ) ideas for good goals.

I didn't make any new years resolutions, so this kinda does it for me.....

My goal for the rest of this month and the next month is to walk my dogs at least 4 days a week.
On top of that I'd like to lose about 5 pounds by the end of February!
