I know that we do monthly challenges, and everyone has thier own goals to keep track of, but..... I have a hard time thinking of appropriate goals, so I thought maybe someone else does too....
Maybe we could post our new goals here. That way we can all help each other and support each others goals and maybe give tohers ( like me ) ideas for good goals.
I didn't make any new years resolutions, so this kinda does it for me.....
My goal for the rest of this month and the next month is to walk my dogs at least 4 days a week.
On top of that I'd like to lose about 5 pounds by the end of February!
It's Never as bad as you thought it was going to be - Stay positive - Once you've hit bottom the only way to go is up!
165 by 2/29/08 - get pedicure
150 by 4/1/08 - get legs waxed
140 by 6/1/08 - plan a kick @$$ birthday party!
