Stick with it and don't give up. I got off track through the holidays and I regret it so much now. Drink more water, change up your exercise. There are great plateau buster articles on SP. I think I have them as favorites on our team page.

Hey there! I didn't realize it had been so long since I had checked in!! SOrry! Thanks for the message to draw me back! I am at a stand still right now, and I feel like it is only a matter of time before it slowly starts creeping back on..... I need some motivation.... I have been soooo tired and out of it lately. Not even a new puppy has given me a reason to get up and move! ( I have a fabulous family! They do everything for me! LOL! )
