took hubby to the airport today then stayed away, was getting frustrated at the house ( love my kids, but now and again i have to run away) so went to the movies, saw the hulk, and i liked it, but then i am a superhero nut, grew up reading all the comic books may go see the happening tonight, if not tonight will see it in the next couple of days

My husband and I went to see "You Don't Mess With the Zohan" last. I liked it but there were some things in the movie that they just concentrated on way too much. Adam Sandler is a good actor played his part well.

The last movie I saw in the theatre was Prince Caspian. I really liked it, and felt it was very true to the book - and that's really important to me.
I want to see "The Fall" but it's a limited release movie. It looks really neat, and it has the guy from "Pushing Daisies" who I think is a cutey!!!

MY sister and I went to see "Maid of Honor" on Monday. It was a cute movie. The theater was full of lots of girl friends groups SO I guess you can say that this is a typical (chick flick).

Yes, the book definitely ends with a "promise" of more to come, with a couple of new characters to hang out with Odd!

Well, I got the book and finished it already! It's good, but not as much action as the others - too much deep thinking about life and such takes up about half of the story, if not more.
I thought I heard somewhere that there was going to be a TV show about Odd - maybe it was that web movie, though.

I am just not much of a movie watcher, but I love to read! Sometimes my son can get me to watch a movie with him, if he nags me!

Watched "Gone Baby Gone" last night. Not for those with a weak stomach. Didn't really enjoy it very much.

"Hairspray" is not a movie I'd watch, as I was never a "fat girl." I knew I'd BE a fat girl, if I didn't watch everything I ate and spend time DANCING to my records in my room or riding my bike, but before I had children, I made sure to weight myself every day and STAY slim. I'm going to be slim again thanks to Sparkpeople and I'm going to STAY slim for the rest of my life.

watched Enchanted at the theaters - it was awesome!!! HILAROUS!!! and we also saw National Treasure 2 - that was better than i expected. Oh, and another good one is Resident Evil Extinction. We watch a lot of movies because we don't have cable, and without cable we get NOTHING! and it's a shame to let a 64" TV go to waste! LOL!

You should watch it. It really is a good movie. I have a hard time with movies, 'cos I want to eat popcorn and stuff.
