I'm with you, the holidays messed up my schedule so I'm happy to be back at work and have a better schedule to do things. I told my self on the 1st that I've got to get my butt back in gear. I know we can all do it if we try.
Alright Carol, it is ON!!!! LOL Come on, we got to get back on track. We both know what we need to do..so now we gotta do it!
Start tracking your food and GET BACK to 123 FIT! You gotta work yourself as hard as you can. Remember to eat the calories that the Tanita scale says to eat...then excercise and then the weight should come off. Also, maybe your weight didn't change much, but don't forget you have to look at fat % and bmi. Weight may not change much, while the others may have gone down.

OK so it's 2008...the holidays are done and it's time to get my butt in gear. I have not set the best example over the holidays and the scales show it. I'm ready for a new start...anybody out there with me????
