1. I use reusable everything -- water bottles, coffee cups, grocery totes -- instead of paper and plastic.

2. I recycle everything I can -- at home and in the office -- and I talked my boss into starting an office compost!

3. I ride my bike to work and/or telecommute at least one day a week.

Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.

If anyone is interested in recycling #5 plastics, but doesn't know how, there are a couple of resources available for you. I found a company that will take all of you #5 plastics if you mail them to them. You have to pay your own postage, so a lot depends on your own level of commitment. Preserve Products makes more products out of the plastics you send them. They also have recycling centers at Whole Foods Markets and other retailers. Look them up online or through facebook if you want. emoticon

We recycle, I wish our recycling center took more recyclable things (number 5s and such). Use trash bags made from recycled materials. Use wipe boards for notes, on the refrigerator.
Name three you do and come back tomorrow and name 3 more!!
