I looked at that, allowed the game access but then ended up deleting it. It is still in beta but some of the actions don't exist anymore. I think it is a good way to reach people that wouldn't necessarily be posting on our team but not sure that it is the best choice for me.
I know I'm late to reply to this message, but this game sounds really interesting! I'll have to look into it!
Thanks for the tip! :)

Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.

I don't know about you but whenever I get notice of someone's game activity, Farmville etc on Facebook I block that sucker.
But today I read about a game from Dosomething.org a that is supposed to encourage real world eco friendly activity. It is called eMission.
I dug a little deeper and found that Dosomething had partnered with a company called MEEZ.
They have worked with Dosomething to use games related to good causes to put eyes in front of advertisers.
As you may know games on Facebook cost you your privacy. Companies who run the games sell information about you to other marketers. I wrote to Dosomething to try to find out what information MEEZ was collecting on Facebook. I will be shocked if they respond.
I have concerns about privacy and about being more of an advertising target, as well as with getting involved in another time consuming activity.
