Last night I was reading the Winter Issue of Positively Green (you can check out there website as well at positivelygreen.com )and thought of Kimberly's issue with forgetfulness.
Just so happens that this issue's Simple Solution # 5 has to do with Remembering Your Reusable Bags.
Here are a few tips shared:
*Have enough so you can place them in multiple places (e.g. cars, backpacks, etc).
*Purchase several bags that fold up and fit in your purse so you are never without (I personally like chico bags, rume, or envirsax). These open up to full size bags that are perfect for mall shopping, quick errands, or to help you out at the store when you forget the standard store bag.
*If you forget your bags and are checking out at the store, put all your items in your cart without bags and maybe next time you won't be in the same jam.
*Place a note on your car dashboard.
*Just for laughs...someone said that she keeps her bags in her underwear drawer. That way if she forgets to take a bag, then she must have forgotten to put on underwear as well. HA!
