yup, just dilute in your sink with water and soak them for a while.

Plan to succeed. If you really want to win, you have to have a plan and stick to it. You also have to be able to adapt your plan and keep it dynamic. Gotta have a PLAN.

Good tip, indeed! I buy all my produce at the farmers' market, though, and most of it is untreated, so just h2o works. But I'll definitely use this for my non-organic stuff. (BTW, I notice why produce IS waxed - it really keeps in the moisture! Luckily ours goes from market to table w/i the week.)

So how do you use the vinegar or lemon juice? do you dilute it in water and soak the veggies??

My mom thought of this and I just had to share it...instead of washing fruits and veggies with those expensive cleaners (like Fit) just use lemon juice! It helps to dissolve the wax that comes on apples, cucumbers, etc., and you don't have to worry if it doesn't all wash off because it's edible in the first place! I thought that was awesome and had to share :)

You bring something unique and wonderful into this world every day you're in it.

Despite the cost of living, it's still popular.
