Hi Poly! It's good to be back in touch with you! How's everything going?
It's nice to see some action back on the team! I came back strong last May and lost 10 kg by mid August. I decided to take a "short break" which led back to eating that one extra piece of pizza, ordering grill food, excusing myself at birthday parties, "deserving" to eat a bit extra for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. So then I said, JAN. 2013 is when I start fresh again and here it is a few days before February.
I've gained back 4 kg, feel sluggish and disappointed with no desire to exerice. :-( Øh-øh!
I'm hoping the later sunsets and the warmer weather will help my mental position. I've got to be honest, for a Florida girl, these autumn and winters are tough here in Denmark.

well, as always i believe it is better to have that full feeling you get with oatmeal or porridge, the recipes , to me, have to many calories compared to how long it makes you feel full. Thats my opinion.
I live north of Aalborg close to the Westcoast of Jutland but I work in Brande in central Jutland. How about you?

I for one would love to hear if anyone uses the recipes here on SP. I have looked at a few of them but not made any yet. Some of the ingredients seem very American, and the recipes for breakfast dishes amazed me. Muffins, pancakes and waffles instead of oatmeal, muesli and porridge.
Nobody home, I think. I only joined a couple of weeks ago and was happy when I found the Denmark group. Unfortunately, there isn't much activity. Your post was the last one in a long time. I hope it picks up.
