Nice to see how long it has been since I have posted here. In June I was complaining about being stuck in the low 220s. I'm now consistently below 215 in the morning, with my low being 211. This is BELOW my goal weight, so I need to set a new goal. I thought 215 was beyond what I could accomplish.
I do tend to gain weight in the autumn and winter, but most years I get new lows in the summer. I guess I'm just a Bear. My fiancee is the opposite, we're calling her a Wolf.
Harvest Festival for my Family is this weekend. Hope it all goes well.
We had a major issue in our relationship last night but it could turn into a positive, as my honey now recognizes some of the ways she has been trying to manipulate me. I know it's not who/what she wants to be, but she wasn't seeing that she WAS being that. I hate blow-ups but there is always something positive to be gained if you're looking for it.
