Sounds like it includes 3 components:
1. 3-5 circuits of the 5 plyometric exercises
2. followed by fat-blasting cardio intervals
3. combined with their 3 smart-bite suggestions.

Actually, if you use the idea as a "change it up" strategy, after trying it for a week or so, you could go back to what you usually do, and save it to use occasionally, sporadically, or whenever you seem to be beginning a plateau to ward it off. It it works!
