i have not gained a pound in over a year.

i gave up sugar and grain products and lost 44 pounds at age 61.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day and has not gained a pound back either in over a year

I usually am the motivator, but now days I am the one in need of motivation. I am slow to finish the rounds of Spark but at least I get on everyday now. I do post what I eat, even the wrong things I eat. My lifelong friend and I will start exercising after Easter so we can start fresh and without worrying about the interruptions holidays can cause. I have lost 2.5 lbs in the last week or so, so that must be good. I hope to intensify my actions for a better me after Easter and hopefully I will stay with it! My friend and I will work on the goodies we will give to each other and then it's off to winning those goodies! I post today to encourage myself into the Spark fold. I know it will happen I will see a size 8-10 again and then I will stay there. With my God's help and the help of my lifelong friend.
