I am wanting new foods to try. Maybe you have tried some and think others would like them.
I love breakfast foods so I have created my own breakfast bowl under 300 calories.
3 oz baked potato diced and fried in a pan w/pan spray (103 cals)
1 egg & 2 egg whites , scrambled (109 cals)
1 Tablespoon real bacon bits (30 cals)
1/4 c. fat free cheese (45 cals)= 287 cals total
Fry potatoes and put in a bowl
add fat free cheese on top of potatoes...put in microwave and melt cheese
scramble eggs & egg whites and top w/bacon bits.....add to potatoes
