Never let go uneaten, today; that which you can let go uneaten tomorrow, as well.
May the fork (and tracker) be with you!
Hopefully, I'm confused because I'm a new member of the team.
What do quotes have to do with prior dates? I'm asking because today you created a thread for two weeks in the past. I would have expected to see a current week to put quotes in as I see them.
So, clue me in so I put my quotes in the right place! Thanks.
Those who think they have no time for a healthy lifestyle will sooner or later will have to find time for illness.
Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.

Which do you prefer?

Thanks for posting!
QUOTES BY ARISTOTLE
1)We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
2)Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy..
3)It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
4)The most perfect political community is one in which the middle class is in control, and outnumbers both of the other classes.
5)Those who educate children well are more to be honored than they who produce them; for these only gave them life, those the art of living well.
6)A tyrant must put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion. Subjects are less apprehensive of illegal treatment from a ruler whom they consider god-fearing and pious. On the other hand, they do less easily move against him, believing that he has the gods on his side.
7)The ultimate value of life depends upon awareness and the power of contemplation rather than upon mere survival.
