Wow that's really good Cheryl Anne. I'm only here 2 days and today was not a good day because I went of my calories. That will teach me not to over eat almonds. Those calories are a killer. At least now I know how not to use us all my calories....Lesson learned.
It was just this past Tuesday, 5 February. Someone visiting the office who hadn't seen me in a while commented on how much weight I had lost and how good I looked. I remember thinking, "Finally! Someone said something!"
I was feeling that my weight loss was like the pink gorilla in the room no one was noticing perhaps because in their minds to say something about it would be like telling me, wow, you're not quite so fat anymore... ::grin:: But maybe people just don't notice because they're not as observant on a day-to-day basis. Whatever!
I was so chuffed after hearing it I actually put it down as my SP status because I wanted to be able to remember it. WooHoo!
