It's best to measure and weight for a while. I find that my judging the amount/portion size is a lot more generous that the measuring cup or scale. emoticon

Thank you for all the helpful advice I have managed to track my food and after a week I looked back and see that I have a lot of work to do to fine tune it. I'm either below the goals set for me or over and then feel like I've not kept better tabs on what went in my mouth.

Hopefully I'll get better at judging how much to eat.
