Thank you for all the helpful advice I have managed to track my food and after a week I looked back and see that I have a lot of work to do to fine tune it. I'm either below the goals set for me or over and then feel like I've not kept better tabs on what went in my mouth.
Hopefully I'll get better at judging how much to eat.

The site is rather daunting. I recommend setting up your page, learning to use your trackers, and setting your goals as a priority. Once those tools are in place go exploring! I'm glad you joined our team.
Hello and welcome. Try not to do it all at once. I still get overwhelmed Especially when I see all the interesting teams and challenges. I really do have to sit on my hands and try not to bite off more than I can chew. Baby steps.
There is so much information and all of it is so helpful that I'm feeling overwhelmed at the moment. I am going to slowly go through the various trackers, articles, etc. to see the best and most efficient way to get the most out of this site.
