I started SP September 1, 2012 and not once have I starved.
I eat healthy as opposed to dieting.
Moderation instead of deprivation.
I follow my own food plan because SP does not have one for those Sparkers who are gluten free.
So I eat what I've been eating since I became gluten free - I just make sure I use my digital scale to measure (portion) the nutrition I'm eating and then track it in the Nutrition Tracker.
Every meal. Every single time. Every day.
I even make sure I get a treat (roughly 80-100 calories) every single day - it gets included in my daily total.
It's less about the number on the scale (weight) and more about becoming the healthiest I can be.
You can do it!
