Hi there PRETZEL05 and welcome to the 50+ SparkTeam! I also make my own plan because SP does not offer one for gluten free. I just take my recipes, enter them in the calculator and then they'[re saved in my recipe box for when I make them again.

Just getting started on this SparkTeam so hello everyone. Had the flu for about a week and have only been on this site for 2 weeks so good luck to all and let me know any good ideas for meals. I do not seem too interested in the Spark plan so far, have created my own meals and posted them. Easy to do, and lots of choices for type of food, and measurements of amounts of food.
