A work friend gave me a big chunk of fresh ginger a few days ago. For the last several nights I've been making myself a big mug of ginger infused green tea. It's a nice change up from my usual water or no-cal fitness waters that I drink constantly and ginger is great for digestion!
I am always looking for ideas on how to improve my chances of losing weight. Today what |i did was add lemon to my water. Heard it helps. I added an extra video workout of 12 mins. Tuesday is my weigh in day so have decided that I will try real hard to stay off the scale until then. I tend to get on the scale too much and then get discouraged by a slight weight gain or no weight loss at all. I also measured my mixed nut mixture and am now limiting it to 1/4 cup of mixed nuts a day. They are so good for you but so high in calories that even if you think you didn't eat much, I think that I probably have eaten too much. I only had a 1 pound weight loss this week so thought maybe that is where I messed up. Anyway also think that I am going to try and improve everyday.by adding a new trick.
