Like my Mom used to tell me growing up - you get out it what you put into it. Because of that I have chosen to move beyond being shy and observing and instead joining Teams and actually participating in them by commenting on posts and joining the Huddle.
Taking the plunge and SparkFriending people. It also means that I make a positive blog post every day to remind myself of things I have discovered or just to inspire me along my journey.
We're here to help each other, try to make sense of this experience and hopefully learn and guide each other along the way.
